Spirits Competency System - Latest Version
The latest version of the Sensory Competency System – Whisky version – is now available. The system allows spirits producers to train, screen test and, crucially, on-going monitor the sensory capability of key distilling and sensory panel staff to detect, identify and articulate key flavour elements of ‘new-make’ and ‘matured’ spirit.
