Shipping

We aim to despatch all orders the next working day and no more than 3 working days from the date of ordering.

• UK orders are sent using Tracked Mail or Courier and should be delivered within 2 working days.
• All other orders are sent using Tracked Airmail/Couriers and should be delivered to Europe in 4 to 10 working days, USA in 6 to 12 Working Days, Rest of the World  in 8 to 16 Workings Days.

If you require products urgently please contact us for Express Courier quotes.

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer) – termed a ‘valid return.’ If you cancel an order before it has been despatched, your payment will be fully refunded. For valid returns, a refund will be provided for the cost of the order minus the shipping charge (this includes rejection due to local taxes and duty charges which are clearly referenced on product pages). If you would like to return goods please contact us to let us know the goods are being returned and send them to Aroma Academy, Logie Avenue East, Crimond, Aberdeenshire, AB43 8QH, Scotland, United Kingdom.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of the returned package.  

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account or contact us. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
